The stage was all set. Excitement was on its peak and audience was eager to know what is going to happen in the first ever Social Media Day of Surat city. Social Media Day is celebrated on 30th June worldwide which was initiated by Mashable in 2010. Globally the event has been celebrated but this was the first incident when founder of iVIPANAN, Bhautik Sheth, decided to celebrate the day in Surat, Gujarat, India. The main objective of the celebration was to make everybody aware about the importance of social networking sites for the growth of business and also to grow strong professionally.
The seminar was hosted by Charmi Shah, Deepali Panchal and Mira Anajwala. After the initial introduction of the event, show was stolen by Bhautik Sheth. He took the stage by storm and initiated the seminar by mentioning why should we use social media. He emphasized on the use of social media for the business growth and shared various best practices adopted by the organizations globally.
Looking at the variety in the audience, he also shared best practice for the professionals to grow with social media. The seminar extended for half an hour after the suggested end time as people asked many questions as the box of curiosity was now open! The team members of iVIPANAN Digital Marketing celebrated the day by cutting the theme cake. It was a historical day for Surat and everyone presence in the auditorium left the place with a smile on the face.
